YEK London is an Aegean inspired Mediterranean food concept with a focus on the origin of ingredients. Created by Turkey’s renowned chef Kemal Demirasal, YEK plans to serve and retail authentic dishes made of the finest seasonal ingredients that will be sourced directly from the region. 
This concept is inspired by the fine craftsmanship of the first high civilisation on European soil: the island of Crete and
prehistoric Anatolia. Regions in the Aegean had distinguished skills in producing attractively decorated clay pottery.
